The expert has the final word
ForensiBot prepares material, never conclusions. Both the assessment and the responsibility for the report stay with the human.
Giving experts their time back for assessment
ForensiBot is a Czech project that puts artificial intelligence to work on the preparation of medical expert reports. It acts as a meticulous assistant to the expert: it reads the medical records, puts the facts in order and backs them with quotes. The assessment stays with the human.
Our mission
Our goal is to give court-appointed experts their time back for what matters most: the assessment itself. Routine work on the records is a job for artificial intelligence: reliable, traceable and under the expert’s control.
Why ForensiBot was built
Court-appointed medical experts are few, and they cannot keep up. Yet 70 to 80% of their time goes not into the assessment itself but into working through medical records: hundreds of pages of reports, progress notes and findings from different facilities, usually scanned and in no particular order.
ForensiBot came out of personal experience. Its founder comes from a family of doctors and sees the work of a court-appointed expert at close quarters. He asked himself a simple question: can artificial intelligence do this preparation well enough to be relied on? A prototype built on a methodology developed with a court-appointed expert showed that it can.

Our principles
ForensiBot prepares material, never conclusions. Both the assessment and the responsibility for the report stay with the human.
Every fact from the file is backed by a verbatim quote from the source. What is unclear, we mark. What is illegible, we admit.
Medical records are among the most sensitive data there is. That is why the production version will run only in an environment that meets the requirements for protecting them.
Our vision
Courts, the state medical assessment service and insurers need expert reports the length and breadth of the country, yet there are few people able to produce them. Our vision is a field in which technology takes over the preparation and every expert and assessing physician has time for each case, wherever they work.
We are starting in the Czech Republic with the courts, the state medical assessment service (IPZS) and the insurers, who commission reports at scale. Expansion into EU markets is the next step: similar systems of registered, court-appointed experts operate in Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland. Today we are at the very beginning: we have a validated hypothesis and a prototype, and we are looking for a CTO and partners to build a product from it.

Who is behind it
Founder of ForensiBot
I co-own a performance marketing agency and come from a family of doctors, so I know the experts’ problem first-hand. I see how much of their time goes on work that has nothing to do with the assessment. I’m building ForensiBot to give that time back.
MUDr. Hana Lucáková
Head physician of IPZS (the medical assessment service) in Karviná, court-appointed expert for non-pecuniary damage to health (non-work-related injuries) and expert adviser on workplace injuries for insurers.
mudrlucakova.czIn a short meeting I’ll walk you through the prototype on a specific case, and we can talk about where the product should go next.
