A chronology out of a disordered file
Scans and PDFs become a clear table of events by date and facility. Medical abbreviations and ICD-10 codes stay exactly as they appear in the records.
AI for court-appointed medical experts
ForensiBot is software that uses artificial intelligence to work through medical records. For court-appointed experts, it builds the chronology of a case, shows the periods with no records, sets related passages side by side and backs every fact with a verbatim quote from the case file.
Why ForensiBot
In the Czech Republic, courts, the state and insurers rely on registered court-appointed experts to assess injuries and damage to health. Each case means hundreds of pages of reports, progress notes and findings from different facilities, usually scanned and in no particular order. ForensiBot takes that groundwork off the expert’s desk and leaves room for the one thing nobody else can do: the assessment itself.
70 to 80%
of a court-appointed medical expert’s time is spent working through medical records.

Scans and PDFs become a clear table of events by date and facility. Medical abbreviations and ICD-10 codes stay exactly as they appear in the records.
It shows the periods with no records and sets side by side passages from different reports that deal with the same thing. Whether that amounts to a discrepancy is for the expert to decide.
Facts from the file come with a verbatim quote and a pointer to their source. Unclear terms are marked, illegible passages are admitted, and nothing is filled in by guesswork.
How it works
The expert always has the final word. ForensiBot prepares the material. The conclusions stay with the expert. The prototype already handles two of the five steps. Three are planned for the production version. We say so up front.
A sample built on a fictional workplace injury. The prototype produces this same content as text today. The visual form is a proposal for the production version.
Opportunity
Every hour an expert does not spend working through records is an hour freed up for another report. ForensiBot does not just make the expert’s life easier, it raises the capacity of the whole field.
These figures are indicative estimates from Czech practice. Sizing the market properly is part of the next phase.
Where we are today
To be plain about it: ForensiBot is not a finished product today, and it is not an MVP either. It is a prototype built single-handed, and it showed that artificial intelligence can handle the groundwork for an expert report.
Our mission
To give court-appointed experts their time back for what matters most: the assessment itself. Routine work on the records is a job for artificial intelligence: reliable, traceable and under the expert’s control.

Who is behind it
Founder of ForensiBot
I co-own a performance marketing agency and come from a family of doctors, so I know the experts’ problem first-hand. I see how much of their time goes on work that has nothing to do with the assessment. I’m building ForensiBot to give that time back.
